The facility has two above-ground floors and a basement level. It is designed in the shape of a cube, a stylish, clean and energy-efficient form. The total indoor floor space of the building is 1 626 square meters.

Each department is given ample space to function and the central foyer/atrium unifies the space giving it a feeling of unity and cooperation. There are spare work stations and three high-tech rooms for meetings, trainings, and workshops as well as a convenient dining and cocktail room.

Located on the ground floor are the entrance lobby, a security desk, the central foyer/atrium with skylights, a reception desk, an employee-only entrance with waiting room, offices of the Marketing, Manufacturing, and Logistics departments with separate Director’s offices for each department, an interior staircase and stairwell, and elevator going up to the second floor. Also here are the product display room and cafeteria with access to the central foyer and the outside.

Situated on the second floor are the offices of the Financial and the Sales departments with separate director’s offices, the IT Department and its Director’s office, a server room, and offices for the Human Resources Department, the Archive Room, the Office of the General Manager (a separate room with an adjoining secretary’s office), a staff kitchen and a meeting room.

The building’s basement level is 4.00 meters below ground. It is occupied with storage rooms for office supplies, advertising materials, clothing and tools. Also situated here are an archives room and the dining and cocktails room.

The entire exterior of the building is constructed using Baumit’s exterior insulation systems with a finish coat of Nanopore Top. The window frames and awnings were manufactured and installed by the Kristian Neiko Company. The interior railings and displays were also supplied by them. The building’s electrical system was designed and installed by Kimtex Bulgaria OOD. Every detail is in line with the requirements of the developer and is there to ensure the comfort and efficient operation of the company in accordance with the European and global standards.

The interior is comfortable and stylish yet simple and in keeping with corporate aesthetics. The last finishing touches needed to ensure operational efficiency were made by ORT who designed and installed all of the furniture.
