Aim of the project
Sunny Garden is residential complex from closed type, on the area of 7,5 acres, with a view towards Vitosha mountain and close to the Perlovska river, in Dragalevtsi neighbourhood. The nearness to roundabout of Sofia and Cherni Vrah boulevard, makes it very communicative and easy to approach.
It’s located in Dragalevtsi neighborhood, Sofia. It contains 5 residential buildings inside the green park space. In the complex there are in total 107 apartments and studios. Each building is designed in 4 floors. The apartments stand out with a great functionality and cover up a space between 60 and 90 square meters.
The complex is very attractive for the nature lovers, since it offers apartments with their own gardens. This innovation for the Bulgarian market of properties is very desirable lately. More over this type of close complexes is much more secure and gives comfort and calmness to its residents.
The main idea of Sunny Garden complex is to ensure comfortable and calm environment for living inside the nature, close to the mountain, with unique views towards Sofia and Vitosha. The aim during the designing was parking to be provided underground, which made it possible to be created richly landscaped parkland and all the space between the buildings to be used as a pedestrian area with spaces for sitting, walking alleys and bicycle alley.
The complex attracts attention with its modern and minimalistic architecture. It is energy efficient with a good insulation, high quality joinery, materials and details.
The complex Sunny Garden connects the investor’s needs and the designer’s views. It gives calm and relaxing environment for living inside the richly green landscape, without seeking for fully built area. The parkland is a great connection to the mountain, giving the feeling of a wholeness and integrates gently the cityscape to the nature.
