Location :
Club – hotel Yanakiev is located on long,, narrow and inclined in length terrain . The form in the plan is with one long shoulder and a shorter one placed under right angle , as the long shoulder is more narrow than the usual construction regarding hotel buildings. Because of the so chosen form , in front of the entrance of the hotel there is a small square and in this way are been kept the maximum number of trees.
The terrain is found in the upper part of the resort Borovetz and it is located between the way to Tzarska Bistritza and the ski track for beginners.
Volumetric decision :
Tha main compositional moment here is the two sloped roof with long North slope , calculated in such a way as to be parallel to the ski track .As well as the terraced floor slaps, underlined in the volume, which is giving more exciting proportion and scale.
Solidity – functional decision :
At the long axis, in terraced and open way are connected one to another the basic serving links of the building .This axis is cut in the middle with its perpendicular axis which connects the square in front of the main entrance and the ski track. In the cut point of the two axis the space is pierced through two floors.
The lobby is on levels, so that to get to the upper level there are a few stairs.
There is view right from the entrance by glazing to the ski track.
SPA center is located on level mezzanine and is open towards the ski track at South-east ( the swimming pool has a view to this side as well ) and towards the South-west yard (that is towards the relaxing side).
Energetic efficiency :
A high energetic efficiency is been reached of the building because of a very good heat isolation – 10 sm EPS at the walls production of Swiss company Hemiplast , automatic system for clearing of the air and heating by gas, kitchen bloc by gas, as well as washing machine by gas.
Materials :
The used materials are –in the plinth and the supporting walls there is masonry of local granite , stone facing from grey Gneiss from the East Rodopi mountains , upwards wooden edging from Nortop – import from Germany , and white mineral masonry from Hemiplast. The roof edging are metal ones with PVC covering . Gneiss is been used for covering of the outer pedestrian areas.
Interior :
Stone facing from Gneiss is used for the interior at the entrance, lobby bar, and the mezzanine. The other material is wood , which is used for the interior. In the interior is used massive from pine, production from company Hamefa-Razlog. A wooden fretwork configuration is designed by architects and constructed by construction team from Hamefa company and is hang on the ceiling in which is hidden luminescent light the lobby bar and the gallery piano-bar.
The facing of the swimming pool is from mosaic in details from two colours clinker.
All the furniture in the rooms are by special order, production of the same company from also massive. The textile is an order from Austria , as well as the moquettes.

Ski room next to the lobby – going out directly to the ski track – for 100 pairs of ski .
SPA with swimming pool , Finn sauna vapour-bath , with ice spot, laconium, hydro- massage section , 3 massage, relaxing section and sport hall.
Piano-bar gallery with 35 seats
Restaurant with 80 seats
Kitchen bloc
Public resort fro fast food - 50 seats it is found at level basement , but it comes out at the terrain because of the displacement .
Conference hall and business center
34 hotel rooms and 6 suits and one studio.
2 underground garages – at level ground floor and at level basement
The third and fourth floor are hotel floors , as well as on the under roof level there are formed ateliers and studios for sell ( already with owners.)
Access for disable people :
Access for disable people is available in the main foyer, in the restaurant , in the piano – bar , the public resort for fast food and at first and second floor there is a room for disable per each floor.
Build area of the site is 8004 square meters .
