We can find a real piece of heaven at 9A and 9B Latinka Str.; we are fascinated by the charm of a residential complex exceptional with its architectural design, embraced by the greenery of the beautiful pine trees and sequoias.
The Canadian pine trees and sequoias are unique for that site and they are carefully preserved during the construction according to an environmental project specially developed for that purpose. Their immediate proximity to the excavations of the building site necessitated special and expensive fortification   /drilling and casting of pillars/.
Both buildings are designed and implemented with true professional attitude, love and master command of detail. Each building has its own uniqueness and its own style. At the same time, though, a uniting architectural style passes from one to the other building very masterly and smoothly; even though each of them radiates a different exterior air of its own it gives an incredible feeling of unity and co-affiliation to the whole body. Standing in front of the buildings under the lanterns we feel the impact of the GOOD ETERNAL CLASSICS: in the way the roofs are implemented, in the beautiful formation of the entrances, roof sills, terraces and railings, in the knowledgeable use of the profiles and ornaments in the flexible structure of the facade panels.   
The idea is to use exterior plaster in both buildings in two main colors which skillfully matching the warm color of the stone emphasize the various volumes and planes. The passing wall piers, discreetly separated from the facade plane, intensify the impact of the protruding surfaces and inspire the idea of the classic elements eternity in architecture.
The huge windows and glass railings of the terraces overlooking the inner court are a unifying chain of the buildings architecture and they are motivated by the requirement that nothing should obstruct the view to the marvelous sequoias and the greenery. 
The detail is treated with respect here. It impresses, amazes and conquers!
As if we feel that architect’s worthy wish to set free from the lack of spirit and uniformity of the residential buildings and to create inspiring, beautiful, real architecture.
Each detail on the facade indisputably radiates that typical for ARTEKS ENGINEERING quality, luxury and high professional skill.
The facade walls are constructed using ‘Wienerberger’ highly-ecological ceramic bricks meeting the highest European standards.
All facade corners are protected by edge- and waterproof profiles.
In connection with the “energy-saving house” concept for increasing the heat insulation level, 8 cm thick high quality EPS expanded polystyrene is used. As far as the window-frame is concerned – an original German five-chamber PVC window-frame is used in dark oak coloring, with low-emission K glass for reducing the loss of heat in the winter and protecting from the UV rays and the high  temperatures in the summer.
Modern technology is applied in the floor sound insulation under the putty for impact noise protection by implementing a “floating floor” and resting a high-technology sound-insulation Fonas Tex membrane, followed by laying of the installation piping.
The buildings implementation is an example how the architects, hand in hand with the constructors, can create that longed-for coziness, peace and comfort, and at the same time educate an aesthetic taste, harmony and beauty.
The buildings are easy to remember. And why is that? Because they radiate that true contemplation, true study, true moral comprehension of the architecture of residential buildings, called HUMANENESS.
