It is a seven-floored building situated on Slivnitsa Boulevard, Orion Crossing. It has been designed as a trade centre for selling furniture and home accessories. Furniture that is functionally needed in the different dwelling areas is exposed thematically on separate trading floors .Versatile interior decisions are offered in natural size within the area of the separate trading floors. This aspect of the building is based on preliminary design decisions and creates comfort supporting the customers in their choice of furniture.
The construction is made of reinforced concrete, the front side is hung up and filled with glass façade and ethalbond, ensuring the energy class “A” thermoisolation. The indoor lighting of the building is carried out by the use of atrium (crossing) passing through all floors. Customers and personnel movement up and down the floors is carried out, done ) realized by panoramic lifts - two inside and one outside the building. There are also two service elevators for staff and goods transportation. There is a big car park in front of the building and as well as many green fields.
